Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.2sqn.be related to the sale of promotional items and merchandise for the 2nd Squadron (2SQN) of the Belgian Air Force.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at info@2sqn.be and receive written confirmation that the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • In case of a valid cancellation before shipment, we will issue a full refund using the original method of payment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation or refund is possible.

2. Returns After Delivery

In accordance with EU and Belgian consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (the “cooling-off period”), provided the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • You must notify us in writing before returning the item, via info@2sqn.be.

Returns must be sent to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund of the item’s price (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days, provided the product meets the return conditions.


3. No Returns After 14 Days

No returns or refunds will be accepted after the 14-day period has expired.
Please ensure that returns are shipped in time to be received within this timeframe.


4. Shipping and Liability

Orders are shipped via bpost, and standard delivery times may vary.

  • All shipments are made under the full responsibility of the buyer.
  • The 2SQN and the seller cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier during shipping.
  • In the event of a delivery issue, the buyer must initiate a claim directly with bpost or the relevant transport company.

We recommend using tracked shipping for your own security.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item not caused by the carrier, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, at our discretion).
